Karina Kiær, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalborg University, Denmark. Her research focuses on organizational learning, educational change, and professional learning communities and networks, with particular attention to how organizational routines, sociomaterial practices, and knowledge-sharing processes shape professional development and educational practices.

Her work draws on organizational theory, practice-based perspectives, and sociomaterial approaches to explore how teachers, educational leaders, and professional learning networks collectively develop and transform educational practices. She is involved in several research projects examining instructional coaching, lesson study, professional collaboration, and knowledge circulation across educational institutions.

A central interest in her research is understanding how organizational learning emerges through everyday practices, interactions, and material arrangements, and how these processes create opportunities for sustainable educational development.
